Nine easy steps to realise your full potential that will blow your audience away!
Step 1: Registration in the author's account. You will see the "Become an Author" mode switch if you have already logged on to the marketplace. Click it to access the author's studio, which offers advanced parameters and functionality. Then, provide all the requested information to publish your course.
Step 2: If you've already figured out the topic and category of your course, we have a suggestion for you. Consider creating a small script that divides the course into different topics or lessons. As for planning the lessons, everyone has their approach based on the subject, category, and personal experience. Remember that this is microlearning, which means breaking down information into smaller parts and repeating it gradually to help you absorb and understand it better. With this approach, you'll find that the learning material becomes layered and more complex as you progress.
Step 3. Before starting, watch our tutorials and recommendations on using the cards and scripts. It will make creating the course and planning the lesson easier.
Step 4: Alternate between information and test cards when creating lessons. It keeps students engaged and improves memory retention. Encountering choice or novelty activates memory and helps learning.
Step 5: The studio has a hierarchy of editing from big to small. Fill out the course information card to see the course description and characteristics in the marketplace. Quality content in the card attracts students' interest. You can always go back and edit the card during or at the end of the course creation process.
Step 6: You can lay out the lessons after filling in the course information. In the card layout and lesson creation studio, you will find various tools, such as a bar with card views, elements used in the card, and a menu bar for moving, deleting, or duplicating cards. Additionally, you have a drop-down menu where you can edit the lesson's title and its position in the course.
Step 7: Click “Preview” to see how the cards appear to the student. It will take you to the lesson editing page, where you can view the lessons and cards you created like the student would consider them in their application. Additionally, you can edit the lessons' order and titles while in this mode.
Step 8: When ready, publish your course on the Marketplace by clicking the Publish button. Your course will then be put through a moderation process, and its status will be changed to Published.
Step 9. Amazing news! Your course has been successfully published on the Marketplace! It means you can now share your creation with the world and get ready to receive positive feedback from your students. Plus, you can use the powerful analytics tools to keep track of your sales and further improve your course.
